No we do not require a consultation for cuts. They are usually done before the cut. If you would like a more in depth consultation with a stylist before the cut we are more than happy to set you up with an appointment to meet and speak with the stylist.

To better fit your situation whether it is a tint or a correction we ask new clients to please fill out the new color client form. We like to get as much info before the appointment so we can know exactly what to book you for. Good communication sets us both up for a a great experience where everyone knows what is possible and what is expected.

Consultations for haircuts are always included at the beginning of your appointment—there’s no need to book a separate consultation for cut services.
For new color clients, we ask that you complete our New Client Inquiry Form, which often eliminates the need for an in-person consultation. If an in-person color consultation is required, a consultation fee will apply.

No. We have an amazing staff supplied with the best products available to ensure you leave feeling fresh, clean, and looking your best.

If you’ve received a haircut with us, you’re welcome to one complimentary bang/neck trim with the same stylist.
Additional bang/neck trims, trims with a different stylist, or bang trims for new clients are available for a fee.

We want you to love your hair. If something feels off due to a miscommunication or technical issue, please let us know within two weeks, and we’ll gladly make it right.
Redos do not apply to changes of mind or personal preference when the original service was completed as agreed upon. Any new changes outside of that scope will be considered a new service and scheduled accordingly.
